Terms of Service

By accessing, purchasing, or engaging with services, packages, digital products, or consultations (“Services”) from Revella Creative (“Revella,” “we,” “us”), you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which constitute the entire and sole agreement between both parties.

1. Scope of Services

  • All services, packages, and digital products, including consultations, are provided as outlined on the Revella Creative website or confirmed at the time of purchase.

  • Deliverables, timelines, and scope will be as discussed and mutually agreed upon at confirmation.

  • Consultation sessions are limited to the scope agreed upon at confirmation.

  • Revella Creative provides professional services, packages, digital products, and consultations, which may include but are not limited to:

    • Virtual Assistance: Administrative support, workflow organization, email and calendar management, task delegation, and business operations support.

    • Social Media Management: Content creation, scheduling, analytics, and reporting.

    • Website Services: Website Design, development, updates, optimization, and maintenance.

    • Consultations & Digital Products: Strategy sessions, systems audits, digital guides, templates, online courses, and other resources.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide all information, access, and resources necessary for service delivery.

  • Designate a primary contact to handle approvals, communication, and feedback.

  • Respond promptly to requests to avoid delays.

  • Ensure that the use of Services, digital products, and templates complies with applicable laws.

  • Delays or lack of response from the Client may affect timelines or deliverables; Revella will not be responsible for delays caused by the Client.

3. Fees, Payment, and Purchases

  • Payment Terms:

    • Payment for all services, packages, and digital products is due in full before work commences or products are delivered.

    • Services will not commence until payment has been confirmed.

  • Package Fees:

    • All package fees, whether one-time or subscription-based, are outlined on the website.

    • Subscription-based packages renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • Additional Hours:

    • If you require more hours than what is included in your Virtual Assistance package—whether a subscription or one-time purchase—additional hours are available at a flat rate of $12 per hour.

    • Payment for these extra hours must be completed before work begins.

  • Refunds:

    • All one-time and subscription packages, as well as digital products, are non-refundable once services have commenced or the product has been delivered.

    • Service commencement begins 24 hours after the client confirms the selected service package/schedule and makes payment, following the initial clarity call. This ensures full alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines before work begins.

    • For subscription packages, if a cancellation request is made before renewal, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

    • We make every effort to ensure that all services, packages, and digital products are clearly outlined before purchase, so you know exactly what to expect.

    Changes to Subscription Hours:

    • Increases or decreases in subscription hours take effect on the next billing cycle.

4. Service Delivery & Timelines

  • Project Timelines:

    • Deliverables and timelines will be as discussed and agreed upon by both parties.

    • Timelines may be affected by Client responsiveness, scope changes, or unforeseen events.

  • Scope Changes:

    • Any request outside the original package scope may incur additional fees and timeline adjustments.

  • Personnel Engagement:

    • At Revella, you have access to a skilled team of professionals who collaborate to deliver your Services efficiently. This approach ensures that your projects benefit from a range of expertise and seamless support.

    • We aim to maintain consistency, but may reassign or add team members as needed to maintain quality, with transition support provided at no additional cost.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information exchanged during the engagement confidential.

  • Confidential information may only be used to perform or receive Services.

  • Upon request or termination, confidential information must be returned or destroyed.

  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect after termination of Services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, deliverables, digital products, templates, and materials remain the property of Revella unless specifically transferred as part of a package.

  • Clients may use materials for their business purposes only.

  • Unauthorized copying, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination & Cancellation

  • Client Termination:

    • We understand that business needs may change. For subscription packages, if you wish to end Services, we kindly ask for 14 days’ notice so we can ensure a smooth wrap-up.

    • If proper notice is not given, a cancellation fee equal to the most recent monthly subscription fee applies.

    • Clients are responsible for fees for any Services provided up to the termination date.

  • Revella Termination:

    • Revella may discontinue Services if there is non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will communicate clearly and provide any necessary transition support.

  • Return of Materials:

    • Upon termination, client-provided files and materials will be returned, and all Revella property must be respected.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While Revella cannot guarantee specific business results, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional services tailored to support your goals.

  • Revella is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays caused by third-party platforms or factors outside our control.

  • Revella is not liable for any decisions made based on services provided.

9. Non-Solicitation:

  • Revella maintains a team of skilled professionals to deliver all Services efficiently.

  • Clients may not directly hire or solicit Revella personnel during or within 12 months after engagement.

  • Violation of this clause will result in a fee equal to 12 months of the highest package cost during the engagement period. This ensures our team’s expertise remains available to all clients fairly.

10. Digital Products & Consultations

  • All digital products, templates, and guides are for personal or business use only. Clients may not redistribute, resell, or share digital products. Unauthorized resale or distribution of digital products may result in legal action.

  • Consultation sessions are limited to the scope agreed upon at the time of confirmation. We ensure consultation sessions are focused and actionable to help you get the most value.

  • Please note that all one-time or subscription packages, including digital products and consultations, are non-refundable once services have commenced or resources are delivered, as outlined in the Fees, Payment, and Purchases section. No guarantees are provided for business results or implementation success from digital products or consultations.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Revella Creative. No other contracts, agreements, promises, or discussions (oral or written) apply. All rights, responsibilities, fees, and services are governed solely by these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

  • Revella may update these Terms at any time.

  • Updated Terms take effect immediately upon posting on the website.

  • Continued engagement with Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
